This was one of those events where we were watching the doppler radar so that as soon as the weather passed we could all run outside with bar towels and wipe the ceremony chairs off, shake the water off the flowers, and then summon the guests to be seated.
The ceremony allllmost got rained out.
As stressful as it is, I love being behind the scenes.
Its so fun to to have to work like crazy for a while through something like a rainstorm, then sit back and watch a wedding go off perfectly (while sweating and simultaneously dripping wet with rain-oh and 8 months pregnant for this one).
