I love working with a bride who loves flowers, better yet-a bride who has worked in flowers. Ginny knew what she wanted, but was so trusting and allowed me to follow my intuition for her flowers. She wanted her May wedding to feel rich and cozy, and she brought in so many wonderful details that created that look. I loved following her lead on the design and man, she has good taste!
We used an abundance of spring flowers, Ranunculus, Peonies, Spirea, Dogwood, Heuchera, vining clematis, roses, Foxglove, and lots of baby fruits. Baby pomegranates and dates, figs on the branch, and we even found some ripe ones in May!
Ginny wanted all of her bridesmaids to have bride-sized bouquets dripping in ribbon. We put over 150 yards of hand dyed silk and velvet ribbon on the bridesmaid’s bouquets alone!
It was a beautiful day, congrats Ginny and Andrew!
