Water hollows stone, wind scatters water, stone st Water hollows stone,
wind scatters water,
stone stops the wind.
Water, wind, stone.

Wind carves stone,
stone's a cup of water,
water escapes and is wind.
Stone, wind, water.

Wind sings in its whirling,
water murmurs going by,
unmoving stone keeps still.
Wind, water, stone.

Each is another and no other:
crossing and vanishing
through their empty names:
water, stone, wind.

Always inspired by the setting, the soft curves in Always inspired by the setting, the soft curves in the landscape, the layers of mountain shadow in the distance.

Making floral pieces that are harmonious with the location, but also make a statement for an event is always my goal, my challenge and my joy.

This mandap was made to be an intimate space. An encompassing structure to hold the bride and groom during their ceremony set in the wide open sage brush fields of Wyoming.

I am forever grateful for trusting clients. For th I am forever grateful for trusting clients. For those who ask us to dream up something special, then give us the freedom to make it come to life.

This couple wanted a ceremony structure that was impactful, but didn’t detract from or compete with the wide open Wyoming views. I designed these ceremony structures inspired by Richard Serra’s art, to create a compression and expansion experience for guests as they walked into the ceremony site. Enclosing them in the floral walls, then opening their views up again so that they have fresh eyes to take in the beauty of the expansive landscape.
